Crispig was created as a food kiosk concept born from the success of its mother brand, Manang’s Café. Designed with students in mind, Crispig offers simple, savory, and affordable everyday meals featuring crispy roast pork, crispy sisig rice bowls, and baked chicken wings. Inspired by the fact that every Asian country has its own take on crispy roast pork or lechon kawali, Crispig developed a unique version paired with homemade gravy crafted to suit the Filipino palate—especially the taste preferences of young diners.

What sets Crispig apart is its healthier cooking approach: all products are slow-cooked, baked, and roasted to crispy perfection without using oil. Since opening in December 2024, the business has expanded to operate four brands under its umbrella, with plans to branch out and open for franchising in early 2026. Crispig continues to serve flavorful meals that combine comfort, tradition, and a modern health-conscious twist.
